This is getting beyond a joke. I ordered 20 cups which arrived after the expected delivery date. I arranged a return the day they arrived. The box was never opened as they were no longer required. 3 attempts to return later and they finally were collected. Now... months of emails back and forth saying it hasn't arrived, was it in 1 package or multiple (surely they should know it was one as they sent it!), the package is still not in the warehouse, the package wasnt collected (ive sent proof on the cctv we have with time stamp etc of the chap collecting the package). I sent all evidence the second it went.... and it still isnt resolved. The service is insane... ive been passed to 2 separate people now and hope they send me to a 3rd that is hopefully more senior as this has been going on since before christmas! I used their courier. Their packing labels. The box was untouched and I have photos... but still arguing back and forth about not being collected. Who can I escalate this to as it is insane!!!
