I placed an order with the expectation of receiving my boots in 3 to 4 days. After 5 days, I reached out and was informed that the timeframe only started after the boots were shipped, not when the order was placed. I ordered on November 27th, and they finally arrived on December 5th. It's better to order through a different platform where you can track your package. The customer service was lacking as well.
