Significant delays and incorrect sizing

I ordered work boots on 11/25, but they didn't arrive until 12/19. The size I received was incorrect (ordered 11.5 xwide but got 15EEE). I had called beforehand to check on the delivery status and received no confirmation. When I followed up after the wrong boots arrived, the representative couldn't even find that the order had shipped. Now, I have to wait for them to acknowledge the shipment to begin the return process, and then it will take at least a week for them to process my refund after receiving the wrong boots. I needed these boots well before 1/6/2026 to break them in before a month-long work trip out of state. Now, I have to spend another $250 for a new pair, leaving me with less time to get them ready. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Avoid this website for orders.

I strongly advise against ordering from this website. I placed an order for a pair of boots intended as a Christmas gift on 11/27. The site indicated that shipping would take 5-7 business days. When I called on 12/15 and spoke with a representative, I was informed that they wouldn't ship until 1/8/26. I also inquired about changing the shipping address, but was told that wasn't possible. I will definitely not be ordering from this website again. I'm sharing this review in hopes of preventing others from making the same mistake.

Delivery Delays and Poor Communication

When I placed my order, it indicated that I would receive my boots in 3 to 4 days. After waiting 5 days, I reached out to them, and they clarified that the 3 to 4 days only applied after the boots were shipped, not from the time of ordering. I ordered them on November 27th with the expectation of a quick delivery, but they only arrived on December 5th. I suggest opting for a different platform where you can track your package and know its arrival time. The customer service experience was lacking, and I do not recommend purchasing from this service!

Avoid expedited shipping

It's not worth it to pay for expedited shipping. I opted for 3-4 day delivery, but after 4 days, I still hadn't received any tracking information or my boots. When I called, they mentioned it might ship in another 2-3 days.

I placed an order with the expectation of receiving my boots in 3 to 4 days. I ordered on November 27th, and they finally arrived on December 5th. It's better to order through a different platform where you can track your package. The customer service was lacking as well.

Disorganized experience

This was a frustrating experience. I ordered boots on 10/20, and by 10/30, they still hadn’t shipped. I was informed via email that they wouldn't ship until 11/19, which wasn't mentioned on their site. I attempted to cancel my order, but the website claimed my order number didn’t exist. Despite confirming my cancellation, they shipped the boots anyway. The return process was confusing, and I was initially asked to pay for the return label. After several complications, I finally got a partial refund. Overall, it was a chaotic and disappointing experience.

Terrible customer service

This company has the worst customer service. I placed my order over a month ago with a shipping promise of 5-7 days, and it still hasn't shipped. Their explanations are illogical, and every call only leads to more frustration.

Still no boots after 20 days

I ordered work boots on November 6th, and after 20 days, the website still shows my order as processing. I tried to cancel my order multiple times but was told it had to be done on their end. They mentioned this issue frequently occurs, but I questioned why they would continue to work with that brand. I won't be using this company again.

Received used shoes

Very poor customer service, and I received two pairs of shoes that were clearly used. They were dirty and damaged, not new at all. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Cancellation and refund issues

I ordered shoes but was never informed they were out of stock. After multiple calls and emails, I'm still waiting for the vendor to approve the cancellation and refund. I was told it would take 2-3 business days for the credit, but that hasn't happened. I'm still waiting.
