This was a frustrating experience. I ordered boots on 10/20, and by 10/30, they still hadn’t shipped. I was informed via email that they wouldn't ship until 11/19, which wasn't mentioned on their site. I attempted to cancel my order, but the website claimed my order number didn’t exist. Despite confirming my cancellation, they shipped the boots anyway. The return process was confusing, and I was initially asked to pay for the return label. After several complications, I finally got a partial refund. Overall, it was a chaotic and disappointing experience.
