I ordered work boots on 11/25, but they didn't arrive until 12/19. The size I received was incorrect (ordered 11.5 xwide but got 15EEE). I had called beforehand to check on the delivery status and received no confirmation. When I followed up after the wrong boots arrived, the representative couldn't even find that the order had shipped. Now, I have to wait for them to acknowledge the shipment to begin the return process, and then it will take at least a week for them to process my refund after receiving the wrong boots. I needed these boots well before 1/6/2026 to break them in before a month-long work trip out of state. Now, I have to spend another $250 for a new pair, leaving me with less time to get them ready. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
