This is by far THE WORST platform in this field. It has come to a point that I simply refuse to submit an application if the company is using them to accept them. This is a huge red flag as it demonstrates how poor their judgement on important matters is. Why can't a candidate create one profile for every company they apply to? Why can the candidate JUST APPLY without having to REGISTER AN ACCOUNT and then adding all the information one by one since your scanner is not really scanning a resume well.Why when I say that a certain language is my NATIVE do I have to select one by one that I speak, write and understand very well in it? isn't saying that it's a native language enough?Absolutely terrible, lazy design. Employers, for the love of God, unless you actively hate your candidates, don't work with them please. think about all the good candidates you might lose? You will ONLY get desperate applications all the good ones will be applying to different places.Thanks
