Terrible for a person to apply to a job.
Most companies think they are the best employer, but the reality is that people need money to live. So we apply to jobs to better our situation.
WHY can I not create a job applicant account and do the intake process ONCE and then when i want to apply, you log me into the central system that can duplicate my data.
Otherwise I have to go through without out a doubt the WORST auto fill process with my resume that it neglects to enter in anything but maybe my name if i'm lucky.
Why WOULD YOU BUY THIS SOFTWARE and then use it's horribleness to intake resumes.
The company I contract for switched to Workday and it's been a disaster. The launch happened late and was basically unusable for the first week, so bad that the company had to pay us training hours to compensate. The interface is a labyrinth. Fully unimpressed, and I suspect the "AI at the center" thing has something to do with it.
The financial entry interface has a different format for each type of expenditure. Why complicate things? Purchasing takes significantly longer than using paper records and does not produce cohesive or updated reports. I enter a lot of data myself and can’t generate proper reports, which forces me to maintain several separate tracking systems and save all original documents.
There is a pressing need for third-party support for employees. After my termination, I was locked out of the system by my employer. The issue is that I did not receive my final paycheck in a state where it is required upon termination. Although my employer has started providing my paystubs, I still cannot access my time cards, which I typically need to approve for payment. I have no way of knowing if my worked hours have been altered or if my overtime has been reduced, as all previous records have been removed except for my paystubs. All earlier time cards and work agreements have also been erased. I strongly urge for the provision of third-party support.
This service must offer third-party support for employees. After my termination, I was locked out of the system by my employer. The problem is that I didn’t receive my final paycheck in a state where that is mandatory upon termination. While my employer has started giving me my paystubs, I still cannot access my time cards, which I need to approve for payment. I’m unsure if my hours have been altered or if my overtime has been reduced, as everything except my paystubs has been removed. All prior time cards and work agreements have been deleted. I strongly request the introduction of third-party support.
As a job seeker, this platform has never correctly input my resume. Even my name ends up with every letter repeated multiple times. I have to manually enter all my resume details. Plus, why is the graduation date a required field? Is this age discrimination?
This platform might be the worst HR tool available! First, when I see companies using it, I know I have to reset my passwords because saved passwords overlap with other accounts. Second, the recruitment process issues stem from the incompetent procedures this service has implemented. Avoid it at all costs; do not sign up with any associated accounts, as they are a scam!
My company transitioned from another service to this app a month ago, and I had never heard of it before. None of the employees' 401(k) contributions are actually going to the 401(k), even though the money is being deducted from our salaries. The app crashed last night, forcing everyone to email their hours to their supervisor; it’s a complete mess. I heard that some people didn’t receive their pay this week, just like on the first payday. The app's interface is far from intuitive. It’s nearly 2026, and this application is the worst I’ve ever used!
