I’ve been following Sho on IG for a few years now and wasn’t having any luck with my remote job search (2+ years). Sho and the GHA program has helped me land a remote role with a negotiated sign on bonus in 6 weeks. Granted I did apply previously but the 2nd round I was much more prepared. In an exceedingly tough market and not getting past the 2nd round of interviews I was able to get live feedback on my LinkedIn, resume, structuring my interview process, 30/60/90 presentation and hone in my negotiation skills. You do have to put in the work and show up every week and consistency is key. If you are looking at pivoting your career path I would highly recommend the group class as you’ll be speaking with other ppl in the same job search. If you need more of a one on one coaching style you can move up to his higher program. I can’t say enough about how helpful his team has been. It is a bit pricey (1 on 1) so I opted for the group course but if you can land your ideal career or dream job with specific needs it is 100% worth it imo. There are also peers from other parts of the world looking at jobs internationally and is very inclusive.
