Review Time
I was a subscriber to WorkingDog.com for a few years, but I have decided not to continue my subscription due to how they handle their subscription system. When your annual subscription expires, they don't simply block access like most companies do. Instead, they allow continued access for a short period, which can create confusion. If someone misses their notifications or chooses not to renew for a while, they suddenly cut off access and then threaten to involve collection agencies for non-payment.This tactic is unprofessional and seems designed to pressure and mislead users. After looking into it, I've discovered that this is a common complaint; many others have had the same experience. While the site has good content, its unethical approach to subscriptions completely undermines it. I would strongly advise others to avoid WorkingDog.com until they address these questionable practices.
Aggressive Company. The only reason to use it is if you need to connect to other dog people globally. T Unethical practices re subscription renewal and non-renewal. Only use them if you really have to. They collect money but don't invest in the product or care about the service or customer.
Worst compay ever. Stay away!!Do not buy a membership. They are using several names in communication and this is really confusing. I tried to cancel membership (a membership with no value by the way...) and this is how they answer"Dear xxxxOur office is center and distribution of a world-wide network of lawyers and debt collecting agencies. We were assigned to collect the above claim. Before we forward the documents to our partner in your country, we would like to give you one last opportunity to settle this over us, before further cost will follow and worsen your creditworthiness in your own country. You sure are aware about the fact that many deb collecting agencies and lawers work togheter with resellers of credit reports and make your negative data availabile"Cant belive a company can comunicate like this. first they confirmed cancelled membership and later they are sending several mails of late dates.. and a lot more.. Still no solution after 3-4 monthsSTAY AWAY !!Do not use them for any dog competion or live streams in competiton. Later they start to contact users, with goal to sell membership and this is how it goes. just se others reviews.
Every bad review is correct. I have demands for payment on a site I did not renew or use. Aggressive demanding emails. Look forward to meeting the debt collectors if I am honest. Absolutely ridiculous that this company acts like this. The dog world should stand united and make all aware of the practices, anyone interested in starting a proper dog network page?
VERY incompetent team, and VERY disappointed in Tyler’s work ethic with his dogs. I sent my dog there for over 8+ week training program. I received no phone calls/text from Tyler or Storm (like BOTH of them promised me) the entire time my dog was with them. When I got my dog back he seemed to be starved by this time, his rib cage was showing, shaking, and no training seemed implemented at all. My dog seemed to be scared. Im guessing they just kept him locked in a cage the entire time. Don’t waste your money on any of his “training” or boarding services! I can’t believe I trusted this fool! I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Do NOT recommend “The Working Pup” to anyone.
