Tot ik opeens een betalingsherinnering kreeg. Mijn abonnement was zonder mailtje automatisch verlengd. In Nederland mag dit niet maar aangezien het een Duits gevestigd bedrijf is heb ik even de regelgeving uitgezocht. Ze moeten dit bij het aangaan van het abonnement schriftelijk, apart van de algemene voorwaarden, latenweten. Dit is niet gedaan maar ze blijven alsnog doorzeuren voor de volgende termijn. Absoluut niet klantvriendelijk. I had a subscription for working-dog, half a year. Since I didn't do much with this, I didn't really notice i still had it. Until suddenly I got a payment reminder. My subscription was automatically renewed without an email. This is not allowed in the Netherlands, but since it is a German-based company, I just checked out the regulations. They must notify this in writing when taking out the subscription, separately from the general terms and conditions. This has not been done, but they keep insisting on the next term. Definitely not customer friendly.
