Wrong customer service22nd Jan - I have sent photos and complaint regarding the ordered weightlifting shoes (within the 2 years guarantee) - after the second e-mail on 27th January, finally I have received an answer, that I have to send back the shoes. Which is understandable, so of course I have sent them. They arrived on 2nd February to the address of the shop, but now the status of the package from 6th February is “failed delivery” . So I wrote another e-mail yesterday - but no answer on that… again. The shoes weren’t cheap, and I would need them for competition, so I am quite disappointed at the moment, because even if the complaint is refused, they should have been communicate with the customer. And this whole situation should have been solved faster than 3weeks.
