My wife purchased a set of TYR Force 1 lifting shoes for my birthday in May from WORKOUT.EU and after only 5 months they developed a fault with the laces eyelets which you would not expect from such a premium priced pair of lifting shoes, I spoke with TYR directly who did not offer any assistance, asking me to speak to the retailer regarding the 'manufacturer’s warranty' (despite them being the manufacturer). I forwarded the details of the fault to WORKOUT.EU and received a speedy response from Petr who agreed that this kind of fault was unacceptable in such a short period of time then immediately provided the option to replace the shoes with any other set of TYR Force 1 lifters currently in their stock of the same size or to provide a voucher for the value of the shoes from when they were purchased.As my confidence in the QC of the TYR shoes was damaged due to how quickly the fault occurred, I opted for the voucher, which again was processed exceptionally quickly and in less than a week, I had a new alternative brand weightlifting shoe sorted!I cannot fault WORKOUT.EU's support, professionalism and service in anyway. Their clear knowledge of how products should last and wear is evident from correspondence and shows they really care about providing the best possible products within the CrossFit, Weightlifting and Functional fitness space.I would recommend WORKOUT.EU to anybody looking for quality kit and exceptional service and support to match!
