I ordered a manual for a commercial truck and had no issues processing my payment, receiving a download link shortly after. Unfortunately, the files were corrupt and wouldn’t open. I tried downloading the large zip file on different computers multiple times, but it still wouldn’t unzip correctly. After four attempts to contact the support team through different email addresses, I was ignored. Be cautious! Their promise of satisfaction is misleading, and they appear uninterested in helping. A complete waste of time and money.
