Review Time
I had a bit of a nightmare trying to download a huge 60GB software package for my Mercedes. I emailed support and David got back to me within a couple of hours with a fresh SharePoint link and clear instructions. It’s rare to find a site that actually has real people helping you out after you've already paid. Highly recommended for the service alone.
I paid for Benz WIS 2025 and the download link kept cutting off at 85% download. I tried contacting customer care on all channels and they did not respond to any request for assistance. This is my first time and the impression is bad. This now seem like a big scam. I will never recommend their site to anyone and public should be very careful with them.
What a waste of time and money, most particularly time. First attempt at download, file not found, then received sharepoint link, that worked but then the problems started. Running an antiquated unauthorised version of Windows 7 in a virtualbox does not play nicely with Windows 11 and modern GPU units. Major event ID 500 "thrashing", GPU negotiations and display re-enumeration just adds to latency and churn. 1.5 - 2.0 GB RAM etc, just to read documentation?! Not prepared to fiddle with bios and GPU memory allocation on what is an extremely stable laptop, deleted everything.

After four attempts to contact the support team via different email addresses, I was ignored. Beware! Their claim of satisfaction is misleading, and they seem uninterested in providing assistance. It was a total waste of time and money.
I downloaded a service manual for a specific vehicle model. It provided no useful information whatsoever. The wiring diagram was blank, with only eight pages on the engine and one about the clutch. The only thing I learned was that I wasted my money.

I paid for a PDF file that mainly included torque values and a few images. It also contained many links to articles that were nonexistent. This should not be sold. With over 8,000 pages lacking information, I feel cheated for the price I paid. Clever tactics, I must say, on how they make money.
