I ordered a manual for a commercial truck and had no issues with payment, receiving a download link right after. Unfortunately, the files were corrupt and wouldn’t open. I tried downloading the large zip file on different computers multiple times, but it still wouldn’t unzip correctly. After four attempts to contact the support team via different email addresses, I was ignored. Beware! Their claim of satisfaction is misleading, and they seem uninterested in providing assistance. It was a total waste of time and money.
