I got a subscription together with a 20% offer. Not even one month later (so 2 weeks after trial period but still before the first ever bill), I noticed the offer is now 50%.Because I am still a new customer (not even one month yet so still no payment), I did shoot a ticket to support thinking it was fair to ask for benefiting from the new offer in this case. I was then very disappointed that I only received excuses (TBSS) and could not get any fairness or commercial gesture from it.I'm now extremely disappointed, but have quite some time ahead to find another solution waiting for my subscription to run out...
