Borderline fraudulent. I opened testing account on google workspace few months ago, they required me to input credit card data. I soon found the service was not what i was looking for and forgot about it. They started charging my card and charging until now. I tried to cancel my subscription, but it proved to be impossible. The support is non existent, robotic replies to email and chat communcation refer me in circle to forms, which never resolve my case. Normal google support said me they cannot help and i need to contact google workspace instead. The problem i have is i dont remember my login details, and there is no way to contact support without logging in, no way to cancel charges or to contact any person for help with recovering account. Card company refused to issue chargeback, because i authorized the card few month ago. Now, only option for me is to freeze the card and reissue new one, otherwise this comany would charge me to the end of times. Customer support proved to be even worse than on paypal. On paypal, after many hours of struggle you at least are able to get to real person. On google workspace there is no chance. Never ever give them your credit card details thinking its google so its OK.I dont like giving negative reviews, but this is really my last resort option, after many hours and days of struggle. I will continue post my review to every possible website until they notice (if ever...)
