This raises the question of why I would order oiled worktops at such a high price. It's frustrating and doesn't save any time. The customer service was unhelpful in processing a refund for the oiled worktops I paid for. Now, I have to spend more money and do the work myself. I wouldn't recommend this company again, and if you choose to order, skip the oiled option. It's clear that there is a lack of transparency here, and the description should reflect the reality, but it seems profit is the priority.
