tl;dr:
Extremely fast turnaround for a custom laminate worktop, very high quality finish and accurate customisation. Minor issue with label residue and one grumpy delivery driver, but overall I would recommend Worktop Express.

I ordered a custom laminate worktop on Wednesday 25th March at around 9pm using the online configuration tool. Given it was a custom order I expected a longer lead time, however it arrived at approximately 11am on Friday 27th which was impressively quick.
The worktop arrived in pristine condition. It was well packaged and protected during transit. The build quality is excellent and all customisations were completed exactly to my specifications, within the stated tolerances that are clearly outlined during the ordering process.
As part of the order I requested finished edges and these were completed to a very high standard. The finish quality is excellent and exactly what I was hoping for. As an added bonus, the unused portions of the edging material were included in the delivery which is a thoughtful touch.
The online customisation tool is intuitive and straightforward to use. It made the ordering process simple and clear.
There were two minor negatives. Some labels were stuck firmly to the top surface which left adhesive residue that needed to be removed (with quite a lot of cleaning). Also, one of the delivery drivers was quite grumpy and complained unnecessarily, although the other driver was very pleasant.
Overall I am very impressed with the speed, quality and accuracy of the product and would not hesitate to use them again.
I cannot recommend this company enough! We bought worktops years ago and recently had to purchase some for a repair. The delivery options are great and although our delivery drivers were delayed because of a flat tyre they stayed in great contact and made the delivery on the planned day - such lovely guys. I’ve also recommended company to others and rent also had a great experience.
Accepted returns even though it my fault for not checking what I ordered. Really nice people couldn’t be more helpful, from the drivers to the ladies in the office top service
Good quality and price. I got worktops upstands and a new sink and tap and its really brought my kitchen back to life all for less than I thought. Delivery was great with a courtesy call 45 mins before arrival. Would definitely use again.
The website is misleading regarding the pre-oiled worktops. They seem entirely dry, and I was told that a pre-install oil had been applied, yet I still need to sand and oil the worktops before using them. This raises the question of why I would order oiled worktops at such a high price. It's frustrating and doesn't save any time. The customer service was unhelpful in processing a refund for the oiled worktops I paid for. Now, I have to spend more money and do the work myself. I wouldn't recommend this company again, and if you choose to order, skip the oiled option. It's clear that there is a lack of transparency here, and the description should reflect the reality, but it seems profit is the priority.

I wasn't present during the delivery, but my builder informed me that the two individuals who brought in the heavy worktop were efficient and provided helpful guidance, mentioning it needed to lay flat until installation. The beautiful dark wooden worktop received high praise from my builders and will look fantastic in the kitchen.
I ordered a solid oak worktop customized to my specifications. The platform was user-friendly, and the delivery was prompt and in perfect condition. The delivery team was excellent, bringing the worktop inside and being friendly and accommodating. Outstanding service.
The product and service were both commendable. Phone conversations were promptly followed by emails, but this sometimes led to frustration and confusion, especially since the follow-up messages often contained excessive information that wasn't relevant. The surfaces were excellent; however, the peninsula was only chamfered on one side, which should have been communicated during the design phase, leaving us to fix it ourselves. Delivery was quick, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend.
