tl;dr:
Extremely fast turnaround for a custom laminate worktop, very high quality finish and accurate customisation. Minor issue with label residue and one grumpy delivery driver, but overall I would recommend Worktop Express.

I ordered a custom laminate worktop on Wednesday 25th March at around 9pm using the online configuration tool. Given it was a custom order I expected a longer lead time, however it arrived at approximately 11am on Friday 27th which was impressively quick.
The worktop arrived in pristine condition. It was well packaged and protected during transit. The build quality is excellent and all customisations were completed exactly to my specifications, within the stated tolerances that are clearly outlined during the ordering process.
As part of the order I requested finished edges and these were completed to a very high standard. The finish quality is excellent and exactly what I was hoping for. As an added bonus, the unused portions of the edging material were included in the delivery which is a thoughtful touch.
The online customisation tool is intuitive and straightforward to use. It made the ordering process simple and clear.
There were two minor negatives. Some labels were stuck firmly to the top surface which left adhesive residue that needed to be removed (with quite a lot of cleaning). Also, one of the delivery drivers was quite grumpy and complained unnecessarily, although the other driver was very pleasant.
Overall I am very impressed with the speed, quality and accuracy of the product and would not hesitate to use them again.
