Cowboys.Worktops.net is a shambolic company that will pin the blame for their mistakes on the customer. Our worktop arrived in the incorrect proportions and their solution was to try and charge us the full fee again despite being responsible for incorrectly measuring our kitchen. The MD, Tom Grandison, is a snake that evaded any efforts to help resolve our issue to a satisfactory standard. After 1.5 years of constant pleas for assistance, we were finally refunded our full fee but only after a lengthy small claims court process which was eventually ruled in our favour. If you’re foolish enough to buy from worktops.net - double check everything they do (including laser measuring your own kitchen) because they will show no compassion in the event of any mishaps. Terrible service, terrible company.
