Went in for some Turrets needed for a very last minute renovation on our first home.
We met Tony who helped us out straight away and made us feel welcome and chatted to us in the office while we waited. My toddler liked him and was calm the entire time, definitely a plus.
The Turrets came out far better than we expected and even had fine detailing at the top.
If we ever need anything of the like in future, we will definitely be seeing Tony again.
The product is top tier and the staff are very welcoming with a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the office. Definitely recommend.

I placed an order and later requested to cancel it when delivery promises were not honored. Despite sending a clear cancellation request, the company did not respond or issue the refund I was owed. This is a violation of basic consumer rights. Communication has been nonexistent, forcing me to escalate the issue through my bank to recover my funds. A reputable business should not ignore customers or force them into disputes to get a refund. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Their lack of accountability and disregard for consumer law is unacceptable.
I had a disappointing experience with this company. Please read reviews carefully; my experience confirms their legitimacy. I ordered items worth £374, and their website states a delivery time of 7-9 days. I ordered on the 5th, and by the 20th, nothing had arrived. They only keep saying it’s on the way. When I requested a full refund, I was informed of terms that only allowed a 50% refund minus a £50 admin fee. It feels like a scam. I’ll share screenshots of my frustrating conversation with customer service. Avoid this company unless you want to wait weeks or months for your items.
I've purchased skirting from this company multiple times without any issues. Today, I visited to get a spare piece after a water leak, and they were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond, machining a piece for me within an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend them; it’s the little things that matter, and they truly understand that!
I'm leaving this review because it seems this company prioritizes defending against negative feedback over addressing customer emails. I am currently 7 months pregnant and need a section of dado rail for the decorators. I emailed last week detailing my experience. The response I received was vague, and despite multiple calls, I still have no order. Many others have shared similar dreadful experiences. If we receive our order this week, I might consider updating this review; otherwise, I will seek a refund through my bank and report them. They need to improve significantly.
This will be my last order with this company. The first batch had delivery issues but eventually arrived, albeit slightly warped. The second batch showed up unexpectedly while we were away and was left in the rain for days without any notification. Now, for the third order, promised delivery within 7-10 days, it’s been over two weeks with multiple calls, each time being told it would arrive in two days, which never happened. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I won’t be ordering again.
I regret not checking reviews before ordering £280 worth of stair treads with a promised 7-10 day delivery. They arrived a month late, damaged and in poor condition. The company refused to refund me or collect the defective items. Customer service is nonexistent, and the manager displayed a dismissive attitude. I am currently working with my bank to recover my funds. It’s astonishing that a company this poor is still operating.
