Natasha answered my call and helped me to withdraw some of my funds from my holiday pay. On top of that she helped me to understand why so much tax gets taken away from the large sum which I have always struggled to understand. Thank you Natasha for explaining in such a way that made it easy for me to understand considering I've been with workwell for nearly 2 years and never understood it!
