After that, there was complete silence—no shipping confirmation, no tracking information, no further communication of any kind.After 10 days with no update, I emailed to request clarification and received only an automated response explaining that they were experiencing a high volume of emails and discouraging follow-ups as it would "slow things down further." I also attempted to call the listed number (based in Germany), but the call wouldn’t connect at all.Ironically, it was only after posting a review on Trustpilot that I received a reply acknowledging shipping delays. The order arrived about a week later—well-packaged and correct—but the lack of basic communication throughout the process was extremely frustrating.Most reputable companies today send order updates, packing confirmations, and tracking details as standard practice. This lack of transparency and absence of customer service is unacceptable, and unfortunately, it means I’m unlikely to order from World of Bottles again. Take note: your products may be fine, but your customer service needs serious improvement.
