Beautiful bottles

Some bottles arrived damaged

Five bottles were either smashed or chipped out of thirty, and I ended up with cuts on my fingers while unpacking. Likely due to the courier, but it was still a disappointing experience.

Good variety of bottles offered

A great selection of bottles available. They were very well packaged with a cardboard lattice. This is an improvement from previous insufficient bundle wrap.

Order not received, lack of communication

When a service is titled as World of Bottles UK, and their web address ends in .co.uk, it's easy to overlook that your order ships from Germany. This detail is present but hard to find; they emphasize their 1-2 days dispatch time while downplaying transit times. When my order didn’t arrive, I checked the tracking info and saw it was returned due to customs issues caused by incorrect weight labeling. I received no notifications, no communication, no refund, and no attempt to resend the items—they simply kept everything. Now my carefully crafted sauce will go to waste. While I might have rated them higher for delivery and communication errors, their misleading UK branding deserves just one star.
