I ordered several Weck jars to arrive before Christmas, but from the tracking link there was an undisclosed issue with the order and no update for 5 weeks. When I most recently checked the parcel tracking link, it said it had been successfully delivered but to an address in Germany, not the UK where I'm based. I had to follow up and have been told the parcel was returned "for an undisclosed reason". I've asked for a full refund but I can't believe there was no update on delivery issues after I'd paid in full. No easy support number for outside of their office in Germany as well so comms only available via email. Really disappointed with the experience especially because I wanted to avoid buying from Amazon but World of Bottles was so unreliable.
