I was so concerned about the reviews on Trustpilot that I nearly cancelled my order. I wrote to the company to express my concerns and to ask about shipping and packaging, but I didn't hear back. Their prices were good and I couldn't find reasonably priced Weck jars elsewhere in the UK, so I went ahead with my order expecting the worst.I am pleasantly surprised to report that my jars arrived on time, well-packed, and very well-priced. I never did hear from the company so I assume their customer service is terrible, but luckily I didn't need to interact with them in that way.It's a risk to order with this company, but in my case it definitely worked out well. I would say 1* for service and support, but 5* for price, packaging and product. The latter matters more to me, so I'm giving them 4*.
