Our World Adventure Tour Consultant/Contact, Purity, was quick to respond to any questions we had and was always available to talk to on WhatsApp, even on one occasion when she was unwell. Nothing seemed too much trouble even after we had paid for the trip. Without prompting, Purity arranged for a complimentary airport transfer on the completion of our trip to make up for a misunderstanding at the airport upon our arrival. This was unexpected and very much appreciated.The itinerary for our Kenya and Tanzania Classic Safari was very well balanced allowing us to see and experience so much more than the big 5 and their babies.Accommodation and food were all very good as were the staff at all the safari camps.Our driver guides were knowledgably, particularly Moody, and only too happy to answer our many questions. While always ensuring our safety, they tried to provide us with a safari experience we would never forget... and they succeeded. My reason for only 4 stars (I'd give them 4.5 if the app allowed) is that the Land Cruiser vehicles, although safe and fit for purpose, were a bit old which at times impacted on our level of comfort ie difficult to slide windows open, suspension on bumpy roads etc.Would highly recommend World Adventure Tours.
