We had an amazing safari trip with my wife! Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife — he knew everything about the animals and took us to all the best spots to see them up close. We got to experience the full range of African safari animals in their natural habitat, and his storytelling made it even more fascinating. The tour organizer and manager were also exceptional — she was very proactive, even calling to check how we were doing, and the office staff were super helpful in ensuring our safe return home. Highly recommend this agency for an unforgettable safari experience!
We had the most incredible time on a four-day tour of Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha (plus Hell’s Gate National Park) and Amboseli National Park, with James as our guide! Everything went perfectly - from the moment we started planning the trip with Purity to the moment we were dropped back in Nairobi! Purity made it easy, stress-free and exciting to organise the trip - allowing us to create our very own personalised adventure! She met us at our hotel for pick up and left us in the hands of our brilliant guide, James! James was fantastic - so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and experienced! You could tell he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible time - making sure we saw as many of the animals as possible, from various viewpoints and at various times across the day! We were very lucky to see so much of the wildlife and up close! The photos we took are amazing because James knew exactly when and where to stop! We must also mention what a skilled driver James is!! Highlights were seeing rhinos on multiple occasions and up close in Nakuru (to complete the Big Five!); bird and hippo watching on Lake Naivasha; cycling next to zebras in Hell’s Gate; driving through Amboseli National Park at sunset with Mount Kilimanjaro as the backdrop, and being right next to elephants crossing the road - we were in awe! Everyone we met was so welcoming, warm and generous - we loved our time on Lake Naivasha with David, and thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and jokes with Nick in Hell’s Gate! Every place we stayed in was excellent - everyone was lovely and the food was delicious! Never did we think we’d have hippos in the front garden!!! World Adventure Tours (WAT) arranged 13 days of safari in East Africa. WAT was recommended by a friend of ours who had used them the prior year and were also quite pleased with their experiences. Our safari took us into Kenya and Tanzania and we did an add on stop at the end to Zanzibar and its beaches and to Stone Town. The agent we worked with, Sally, was very helpful, quick to respond and patient as we worked thru our plans for our trip. She even met us at the start of our safari to introduce us to our driver and gave us useful gifts to use on safari. We had an absolutely amazing trip and the main two drivers we had while on Safari were amazing! Both Charo in Kenya and Zamo in Tanzania were great drivers and guides as we traveled thru East Africa. We loved all of the accommodations along our travels ranging from hotels, lodges and wild camps, with some higher end and well appointed, to some more rustic. We ate well everywhere we went. We saw an amazing amount of wildlife on our travels and enjoyed several excursions arranged by WAT. The hot air balloon over the Serengeti was certainly at the top of our favorite moments. The Elephant Rescue center in Nairobi, the boat ride at Lake Navisha, the night drive at Ikoma, the Gorge, the Crater, Materuni Waterfalls and Dr. Coffee's plantation, seeing the Villages and experiencing East Africa culture and people, snorkeling in the Indian Ocean in Zanzibar, the beach, Stone Town and more. Just an incredible journey from beginning to end. During our travels we had a couple of questions and Sally was available and quick to respond. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to a friend. Thank you for helping us to create a trip of a lifetime!!

Our World Adventure Tour Consultant/Contact, Purity, was quick to respond to any questions we had and was always available to talk to on WhatsApp, even on one occasion when she was unwell. Nothing seemed too much trouble even after we had paid for the trip. Without prompting, Purity arranged for a complimentary airport transfer on the completion of our trip to make up for a misunderstanding at the airport upon our arrival. This was unexpected and very much appreciated.The itinerary for our Kenya and Tanzania Classic Safari was very well balanced allowing us to see and experience so much more than the big 5 and their babies.Accommodation and food were all very good as were the staff at all the safari camps.Our driver guides were knowledgably, particularly Moody, and only too happy to answer our many questions. While always ensuring our safety, they tried to provide us with a safari experience we would never forget... and they succeeded. My reason for only 4 stars (I'd give them 4.5 if the app allowed) is that the Land Cruiser vehicles, although safe and fit for purpose, were a bit old which at times impacted on our level of comfort ie difficult to slide windows open, suspension on bumpy roads etc.Would highly recommend World Adventure Tours.

I climbed up Kilimanjaro in July 2025 and I really have to say that it was an amazing experience. Not only the Organisation of World Adventure Tours, but also the team (guides, carriers and cook) were extremely friendly, helpful and well experienced. I never felt uncomfortable or helpless. I can completely recommend this hike to everyone who wants to has his/her best adventure of his/her life!
