We love our stainless and brass rivited stove hood. The shop drawing process for our custom hood was helpful with staff knowledge discussions for informed decision making and coordination was spot on. Follow up service and support for install was efficient. We just had an issue (our fault) and Coppersmith resolved quickly and sent us a new part which I easily was able to install myself.
