I am extremely disappointed with WorldFirst. My funds were frozen during a dispute process and the biggest issue is the complete lack of communication.
Emails go unanswered for days. When they finally reply, the responses are generic and do not actually address the problem. No clear explanation, no proper timeline, and no real support.
As a business owner, cash flow is critical. Freezing funds without transparent communication is unacceptable. It feels like you are left in the dark while your money is being held.
If you rely on fast payouts and proper support, think twice before opening an account here. The dispute handling process is stressful and poorly managed.
