I received payment from a USA survey website, and the funds were successfully added to my WorldFirst account. However, after that, my account was flagged for verification, and they requested documents to prove the source of funds.
The problem is that I earned this money from online surveys. I have full earning history and withdrawal records from the survey website, but WorldFirst does not provide any proper option to submit these types of proof. The documents they are asking for are not applicable to survey income, which puts me in a very difficult position.
My funds are currently held, and I cannot access my money. The process feels unclear and unfair for users who earn through legitimate online platforms.
I would appreciate clearer guidance and flexible verification options for online earnings like surveys. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service.
