While the gym itself is acceptable, my experience with terminating my membership has been frustrating. Attempts to resolve this have been met with disregard from the manager, who seemed to doubt my honesty. I received only an email contact for a supervisor, and no one has responded. The lack of professional administration has left a sour impression.
