Disappointing Experience as a New Member

I recently joined with the understanding that my membership would be put on hold while I was abroad. Upon my return, I was still billed and informed that a credit on my account would fix the issue. However, the gym persisted in charging my account and now claims I owe over $400, despite not having attended for months. This has been a very frustrating experience for a new member and aligns with feedback I've heard from others. I would highly suggest seeking training elsewhere.

Joined the gym on opening day...

I joined the gym on the day it opened! The atmosphere is fantastic, and my daughter absolutely adores the childcare. The staff there know her by name, take the time to chat, and genuinely engage with her, which makes me feel at ease while I work out. They truly go above and beyond. The Pilates instructors are exceptional, and I love being part of this gym community.

Seek better options at other gyms.

Feedback from a long-time member

Having been a member for nearly 7 years, I can confidently say this is the worst gym in the region. The management is poor and fails to take responsibility for employee mistakes. Staff have been dismissive when promises are broken, and double charges occur without resolution. Reception staff are unhelpful and rude, lacking knowledge about membership issues. The cleanliness is subpar, and the facilities are often not maintained. Overall, this is a disappointing gym experience, and I plan to cancel my membership. I suggest others do the same.

Experience at this gym was frustrating

My time at this gym was overshadowed by double charges, even after I had confirmed with them to avoid this issue. They took no responsibility and shifted the blame onto me, despite being told it was a mistake. Customer service was lacking, and dismissive comments about the charges showed a lack of empathy towards my financial situation. I do not recommend this branch.

Administration needs improvement

While the gym is a decent place to work out, the administrative side is unprofessional and inattentive at this location. Staff are not friendly and do not respond well to inquiries. The termination process is poorly managed, and email responses lack professionalism. It feels as though the administration is only focused on profit rather than creating a welcoming environment. I urge better training for front desk staff and improved hiring practices for these positions.

Issues with termination process

While the gym itself is acceptable, my experience with terminating my membership has been frustrating. I informed the staff I wanted to cancel in October, but both my son's and my memberships are still being charged to my card. Attempts to resolve this have been met with disregard from the manager, who seemed to doubt my honesty. I received only an email contact for a supervisor, and no one has responded. The lack of professional administration has left a sour impression.
