I recently joined with the understanding that my membership would be put on hold while I was abroad. Upon my return, I was still billed and informed that a credit on my account would fix the issue. However, the gym persisted in charging my account and now claims I owe over $400, despite not having attended for months. This has been a very frustrating experience for a new member and aligns with feedback I've heard from others. I would highly suggest seeking training elsewhere.
I joined the gym on the day it opened! The atmosphere is fantastic, and my daughter absolutely adores the childcare. The staff there know her by name, take the time to chat, and genuinely engage with her, which makes me feel at ease while I work out. They truly go above and beyond. The Pilates instructors are exceptional, and I love being part of this gym community.

Having been a member for nearly 7 years, I can confidently say this is the worst gym in the region. The management is poor and fails to take responsibility for employee mistakes. Staff have been dismissive when promises are broken, and double charges occur without resolution. Reception staff are unhelpful and rude, lacking knowledge about membership issues. The cleanliness is subpar, and the facilities are often not maintained. Overall, this is a disappointing gym experience, and I plan to cancel my membership. I suggest others do the same.

I urge better training for front desk staff and improved hiring practices for these positions.
