I recently joined with the understanding that my membership would be put on hold while I was abroad. Upon my return, I was still billed and informed that a credit on my account would fix the issue. However, the gym persisted in charging my account and now claims I owe over $400, despite not having attended for months. This has been a very frustrating experience for a new member and aligns with feedback I've heard from others. I would highly suggest seeking training elsewhere.
