My creditcard had fraudulent transactions. These were reported and card cancelled. A letter received from worldline needing signature to confirm the transactions, to be returned in 5 calendar days. But it also states 'there are solutions to sign your pdf file electronically via your pc or smartphone. You can find these applications on the internet.' I look and can't find them. I ring and no one can tell me. Completely hopeless and a waste of time. Workdline should not be allowed to operate.
