I placed an order for store pickup after receiving multiple emails and texts promoting a 10% discount. The messages suggested I could pick up the order the same day. After placing and paying for my order, it was confirmed, but I never received a notice that it was ready for pickup. When I called the local store later, they couldn’t find my order and told me to wait for an email. Customer support later informed me that pickup could take up to 72 hours, which was not what was advertised. If I had known it would take that long, I wouldn’t have ordered. This misleading promotion is unacceptable. I've also requested to be removed from their email list multiple times, but that hasn’t happened. Now, I just hope the refund process goes smoothly, as I feel I was charged under false pretenses, and my trust in this service has been severely impacted.
