The item was clearly labeled with the brand name, SKU, and price, yet even though it was still within the holiday return period, they denied the return without proof of purchase. I didn’t have a gift receipt, and despite my intention to make other purchases in exchange, they insisted on proof of purchase. This policy felt like an implication that I had stolen the item.

It’s frustrating how long it takes to receive a gift card. I purchased one on 12/7, and as of 12/23, it still hasn’t arrived. They claim it will be here by the 24th. This experience has been disappointing, and I won't be ordering from this service again.
