Absolutely horrible experience, I have been a customer for many years, until I had to make a first claim is where the things started to go downhill.
They respond to bad reviews faster than they respond to issued raised. They will respond to this too claiming that they care about customer etc. etc. but that's just to create the optics that they care in order to make you doubt bad reviews as a new customer.
It's impossible to file a claim using the website - and it appears as if all those bugs have been created on purpose to discourage claims from happening - which is absolutely evil.
I end up calling probably 10 times, until I got someone to file a claim over the phone (despite another representative telling that the only way todo so is online)
However, after 1 hour of filling a claim over the phone, I was supposed to receive an email requesting documents to supplement my claim - surprise surprise - email never came in, and before hanging up I assured multiple times that I do not see the email come through. That's yet another attempt to discourage a claim from happening.
I have recorded entire one hour conversation and heavily documenting entire experience as while my claim amount is fairly small 900USD, I take wasting of my time seriously and will take legal action if reasonable efforts to file a claim are prevented.
I know I will lose money and time and litigation here but I feel there is a case for class action here, since I have collected real evidence that claim form is failing by design and not by accident.
