Ordered a book that was clearly shown as the 9th edition.
Received the 8th edition instead — apparently their product photos are “illustrative only,” which is a poetic way of saying the picture means nothing, good luck, buyer.
When I contacted support, I was given a polite paragraph explaining why it wasn’t their fault… followed by instructions on how I could pay to return the incorrect item.
So I get the wrong book, and I get to fund its journey home too. Lovely.
