Great company for buying books for all subjects. I buy books on history and on different artists. These help me with my projects. Always have good quality books and arrive quite quickly.
I was able to get a full set of the Inkheart series. All books were used but in very good condition. The price was very good and they arrived quickly. They have so many titles to choose from. A great find.
I ordered a book by Libby Page and was delighted to receive a really clean copy in hardback form for just over a fiver. I think the World of Books is offering a great service getting us readers to share round our already read books. Less trees to cut down!
For myself it was the worst experience I've ever had with an online 2nd hand bookstore , the books came 2weeks late even though i paid 12pounds for shipping , to add to it i had to pay an extra 6 pounds to my country's mailing service . The books came with different covers than the ones ordered and the condition was way worse than specified ... a great looking book isn't yellow with it's pages torn and the spine of the book worn out .. but anyways I will never order again from them

I purchased a trilogy, however I only received one of the books within the trilogy. They refused to admit fault and wanted me to pay to have the wrong order returned to them before refunding me. Will not use this service again.
Ordered a book that was clearly shown as the 9th edition.
Received the 8th edition instead — apparently their product photos are “illustrative only,” which is a poetic way of saying the picture means nothing, good luck, buyer.
When I contacted support, I was given a polite paragraph explaining why it wasn’t their fault… followed by instructions on how I could pay to return the incorrect item.
So I get the wrong book, and I get to fund its journey home too. Lovely.
Straightforward ordering system. Item correctly described, and deliverd in protective packaging. Delivery was ahead of the expected time slot. Will use this supplier again without any hestitation.
