Ordered rose 22nd January. Not even despatched by 27th. Website states £6.99 for 3-5 working days delivery, 10 days in busy periods. I can believe January is a busy period. Called the company on their expensive 0844 "customer service " telephone number to be quoted the 10 day policy and a couldn't care less attitude, although they could deliver next day for an extra £3... which I was forced to pay as it was required for a birthday on the 30th! Will avoid in the future.
