I purchased a rose as a bereavement gift to a late friend's husband. It made it very special to him as I was able to name it after his beloved wife. The rose arrived beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. This is not the first time I have made a purchase from this company as it is so easy to order from on their website. They also have an amazing selection of roses to choose from . I will continue to make future purchases and can't recommend them highly enough.
On 19th January I ordered a rose for my friend's birthday on 31st January. I was informed by email it was being shipped. After 2 unanswered emails I telephoned on the 30th January and was eventually advised that the rose was still in the depot. They advised they could not send it overnight and couldn't deliver until the 3rd February. I agreed to this if they gave me some compensation. They said this was not possible. I decided to accept a refund even though this will take up to 14 days, as I hadn't any confidence that the rose will be delivered.
Looking for a rose for our beloved dog and I was so pleased that I could name a rose after her and two other friends that have lost their pets has ordered a rose with my recommendation. The package was well wrapped and there was no damage to the rose. We are so pleased with our purchase.
