Most games end with one side dominating the other, leading to a lack of balanced matches. The biggest issue, however, is the support—or lack thereof. They do not listen to customer feedback or requests for help, often closing support cases without consulting you. This forces you to open multiple cases for the same issue, which is incredibly frustrating. Be very cautious with in-game currency, especially rare types. There’s no way to test a new ship or change your choice after a brief use. Once you spend in-game currency, you're stuck with your decision, which is easy to get wrong if you haven’t played for several years. Ultimately, it feels like the company doesn't care about its customers, as their service and support are lacking, and the game design seems focused solely on extracting money from players.
