The service by their due diligence department is shocking! Its been theee weeks since they suspended my account. I cant use the funds nor can i take funds from the card terminal. Every time i ring them, they tell you to wait for 24-72 business hours to give an update. Have rung them every 72 hours just to hear that again! How long does it take to process the documents?? I have lost lot of card paying customers because of this! Worst thing this they dont even seem to care!!
