Funds have been frozen for the entire 120-day duration outlined in the company's own terms, yet despite numerous attempts to get an update, I have not received any substantial communication or resolution. The review period has concluded, and there seems to be no contractual or regulatory reason for continuing to withhold the funds. My requests for confirmation and release have gone ignored, leaving my business without access to money that is rightfully ours. The lack of transparency, inadequate communication, and inaction after their specified timeframe is extremely troubling. Holding funds for months and then failing to respond once that period is over is unacceptable for a payment processor dealing with crucial business finances. Given this experience, I would certainly not recommend this company to any business that prioritizes reliability, transparency, or prompt access to its own funds.
