I had an issue with one of the plugins, it worked great on one site but not on another. The problem was on my end, I installed it wrong - but their support was epic, they came back with a step by step guide to help me resolve the issues. I've now got the plugin working on all my sites. I just saw another plugin i need that they have in their inventory, I messaged to ask a few details about it's version... not expecting a response until tomorrow as it's very late but moments later... PING! They responded with the info i needed! I highly recommend checking this company out.
