I was also wrongfully accused of 'fraud' for simply exercising my consumer rights by contacting my card issuer after losing access to a paid digital product. The company is now denying any refund and is requiring additional fees for reinstatement. To summarize: Payment was made, access was revoked by the service, and no refund was offered. This review is based on documented email exchanges and payment confirmations. I think other customers should be cautious that 'lifetime' access can be revoked without a refund, and attempts to dispute this may lead to a complete account suspension.

The problem was on my end, I installed it wrong - but their support was epic, they came back with a step by step guide to help me resolve the issues. I've now got the plugin working on all my sites. I just saw another plugin i need that they have in their inventory, I messaged to ask a few details about it's version... not expecting a response until tomorrow as it's very late but moments later...
