What initially felt like a very frustrating experience turned out to be a misunderstanding, and after some back-and-forth, things have now been fully resolved.The plugins that my live website depends on have finally been updated, which means my site is back to being functional and stable again — something that honestly takes a huge weight off my shoulders. For someone who runs projects that depend heavily on these tools, this was such a massive relief.What I appreciated most in the end was not just the fix itself, but the fact that the team reassured me they would do their best to make sure all customers — myself included — have a better and smoother experience going forward.
