I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from WorldRemit. A transaction of $200 ,was sent on 1st April 2026 from South Africa to Zimbabwe, and the funds were never received.
Despite providing all the requested information, including the recipient’s EcoCash statement, the issue remains unresolved. Communication has been slow and ineffective, with no clear solution or urgency shown, even after explaining that the money was meant for an emergency.
This experience has been stressful and frustrating. I expected a reliable and efficient service, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. I strongly urge Sendwave to improve their customer support and handling of such critical issues.
At this point, I am still waiting for either the funds to be delivered or a full refund.
